At Cary’s Circle, your experience begins with a thorough in-person or phone assessment designed to understand your unique needs, preferences, and goals. During this process, we evaluate medical and personal care requirements, explore personality and lifestyle considerations, and provide guidance on long-term care insurance, including support with eligibility and documentation. This comprehensive approach ensures we fully understand how to best support you or your loved one.
Step 2: Client-centered caregiver selection
The caregivers in our registry are thoroughly vetted, with candidates undergoing in-person interviews, reference checks, and nationwide background checks. Only talented, qualified applicants meet our standards. After identifying qualified caregivers tailored to your needs, we provide detailed biographies for your review. When you're ready, we arrange in-person or online interviews for you and your family. You have the final say in selecting the caregiver, negotiating their pay, and setting their schedule directly.
Step 3: Customization and support
Once you've selected your caregiver, you can tailor their duties and responsibilities to fit your family's current and ongoing needs. Cary’s Circle will guide you through the simple process of setting up your household as an employer, offering ongoing support and answers to any questions. We’ll also collaborate with you to ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal payroll, disability, and workers’ compensation regulations, making the process seamless and worry-free.
Step 4: Your peace of mind
Our superb caregivers and nurses deliver exceptional care by adapting seamlessly to medical changes, ensuring continuity through their dedication and expertise. High retention rates reflect our supportive employer environment, fostering consistent, quality service. When necessary, Cary’s Circle is available to support with caregiver absences or replacements, respond to inquiries, and provide referrals to Aging Life Care® Professionals.
